Member Login Instructions

The initial login for all Members will be:

• Username: First Initial followed by Last Name. For instance, John Smith's username would be “JSmith”.
• Password: "ac" followed by your member number, like “ac1234”.
• For Spouses and "A" Accounts: Be sure to add an uppercase A after your Member Number. For example, "ac1234A"

All new Members will need to register in order to access the members only area. To do so, click on the Member Registration link below and enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name as they appear on your account statement. Members may also email [email protected] for assistance. 

Once you have registered and validated your account you will be asked to create your own User Name and Password. You will only be asked to do this once.
